I have been in the health and fitness industry for 18 years. After graduating from the Knox County School of Massage Therapy in 2010, I became licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board as a Massage Therapist, received certification through the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer, and certification through YogaFit as a yoga instructor. I have enjoyed numerous continuing education classes in all fields and have learned much from my clients over the years (I love my job)!
